PetMochi’s name, paw logo, original artwork, site design, code and written text are owned by Posey Jones trading as PetMochi.
Content you post — such as trade posts, house photos, chat messages and profile details — remains yours. By posting it, you give PetMochi a limited licence to host and display it so the community can see it.

If you believe material on PetMochi infringes your copyright, please send a notice to petmochiservices@gmail.com. Include all of the following so we can review it quickly:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on PetMochi where the infringing material appears.
4. Your contact information (name, email and, if relevant, postal address).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to petmochiservices@gmail.com. Include your signature, identification of the removed material and its original URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.

PetMochi will terminate or suspend accounts that are shown to repeatedly infringe copyright, subject to the review described above.
