PetMochi is owned and operated by Posey Jones, an individual sole trader trading as "PetMochi" ("we", "us", "our"). When you use PetMochi or buy anything through it, you are entering an agreement with Posey Jones. By using PetMochi you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the latest version.

PetMochi is an information and community board only. We do not sell, buy, broker, host, transfer or cash out Adopt Me pets, items, virtual currency, Robux or any other virtual goods, and nothing on PetMochi can be exchanged for money or anything of real-world value.

• Pet "values" are community reference numbers for pet-for-pet swaps inside Adopt Me. They are not prices, are not redeemable, and have no cash worth.
• Trades, auctions and house posts are conversations between players. Every actual swap happens in-game, player to player, with no involvement from PetMochi.
• Offering, requesting or advertising real money, Robux, gift cards, PayPal, Cash App or any other off-site payment for virtual items is strictly forbidden. Our automatic filter blocks it and offending accounts are removed.
• The Supporter Pass is the only thing PetMochi ever sells. It unlocks cosmetic profile decoration on this website and contains no pets, items, currency or anything tradable.

PetMochi is for friendly Adopt Me trading and community fun. You may not:

• Harass, scam, threaten or impersonate other users.
• Post offensive, hateful, violent or sexual content.
• Ask for passwords, personal information or off-site trades.
• Spam, phish, scrape or interfere with the site's security.
• Use PetMochi for anything illegal.

You keep ownership of the screenshots, house photos and text you post. By posting, you give PetMochi a limited licence to host and display that content so the community can see it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or our safety rules.

PetMochi is provided as-is. We do our best to keep values accurate and the site online, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Pet values are community references and estimates; always double-check trades in-game.

The PetMochi Supporter Pass is an optional one-time digital upgrade to your PetMochi account. It adds a Supporter tag to your profile and keeps the full custom theme palette available to you. It does not include Adopt Me pets, in-game items, Robux or anything else inside Roblox, and it never changes trade values, moderation outcomes or staff decisions.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
